Lymphatic massage is a technique that involves special handling for the improvement of lymph flow in our body. Following blood, lymph is the second most important fluid in the human body because it transfers nourishing ingredients, lymph cells, anti-bodies and fatty substances from the small intestine to blood.

By increasing lymph flow, the results are the following:

  • Boost of the immune system
  • Body detox
  • Reduction of swelling
  • Treatment of cellulite
  • Boost of metabolism
  • Reduction of eyes puffiness
  • Improvement of intestinal function

Lymphatic massage is performed using smooth and measured handling in order to transfer lymph from lymph vessels to lymph nodes, which in turn carry lymph to the cardiovascular system.

Lymphatic massage can be performed both on your body and face. With regard to your body, it can only be applied on the lower part of it, e.g. legs and belly, when we want to improve cellulite, treat swelling and help intestines to function better.

5-6 sessions are required for lymphatic massage. In case there is severe swelling or 2nd and 3rd degree cellulite, then more sessions will be required. Lymphatic massage may be carried out every 3-4 days at least.
