SALICYLIC ACID

Peeling with salicylic acid (30%). This is a B hydroxy acid with intense exfoliating action, suitable for treating acne and oily skin. It contributes to the correct skin exfoliation and it is able to act within the follicular gland in order to regulate smegma secretion.

It is ideal for:

• Phlegmonous and non-phlegmonous acne
• Oily skin
• Hyperpigmentation
• Bursitis

1 – 3 days following the treatment and depending on the depth we have worked in, the skin might flake off mildly or intensely for 3– 10 days. For the following 3 weeks, the skin shows signs of a gradual reduction in oiliness and acne inflammation.
